6. Old Business
Calling Contest- Jack Playne reported in the absents of Chris Patty that the contest was well received and attended
in Maynooth. Jack reported that all went well but must do a better job paying for trophies. The NWTF spent $1,325.00
to support this event yet the hosting chapter was able to only sell seven Provincial gun draw tickets.

7. New Business
R.D. Kevin Townsend reported the following:
Trying to re-establish turkeys in P.E.I and running into red tape in doing so.
Evening of conservation at Bass Pro a percentage of sales was to go back to seven conservation groups in all. K. Townsend
understood that the money was to come in and go to the NWTF Provincial. However a proposal was to be completed and was
very complicated and therefore K. Townsend returned the $11,000 cheque to Bass Pro. J. Playne was not very happy that this
money was in our hands and was returned because specific guidelines of how the money was to be spent was not available up
front and that we didn’t take the time to comply and be able to keep the money.

Kevin went through this year’s banquet package. This years guns will come from Quinnte Outdoor Sports in Bellville.
All left over guns from Gobles and Gagnon’s will go to Quinnte Outdoor Sports. No raffle racks hats will be offered for the 2006 banquet season.
The $100 ticket package buyers will get choice of hat or knife. The sponsor incentive for 2006 will be a knife.

Four new chapters have been formed and now have 33 chapters in Ontario with a target of 38 chapters.

to each chapter president.

of the website and to see what we are getting for our annual fees from this website.
